The Right Meditation Technique

To select the right meditation technique is very critical. There are hundreds of techniques out there to choose from and some are only relaxation techniques which you cannot achieve meditation state but only relaxation.

Every individual has differences; this is the greatness of the universe where no particular meditation technique can suit everybody. The easiest way is to have an enlightened master who can guide you to the right technique. But the problem is, it is very, very, very, difficult (the chances are almost equal to zero) to find a real master, not to mention there are a lot cons too. Well, those masters who have achieved enlightenment are very few, likely less than thousand since 5000 years ago until now.

Real master usually do not want to have anything to do with the out-side world and they will not tell just anybody about their experience. The reason is simple, look at those who had tried to help the others like Buddha (who died being poison) and Jesus (who died hanging onto a cross). Believe me when I said, even the master who had achieved enlightenment will not tell everybody that he had achieved it. This is making the path more difficult.

So, try to understand meditation techniques before you select the one that is suitable for you. Do not try different techniques at one time. Some individual says that they are suitable for four to five different techniques, if that is the case, then probably all of them are not the right one.

Meditation has no boundaries in terms of religion or faith and ethnic. So, do not confine the technique in terms of your own religion and race.

If needed, it is alright to combine some of the technique together. If the technique is the right one, you will be throbbing on the same frequency with it. With the right technique, you will have glimpses of mindfulness and meditative state.
