Why need to meditate?

If you have experience the state of meditative state, the “uummph” of meditation then you will understand that this question almost does not exist. Meditative life is entirely opposite from the life you are seeing now.

Nowadays, there are a lot of repression and suppression in human being. This is the reason why to go into meditative stage is getting harder and harder these days. There are too many distractions with the things that human being try to acquire. If you understand that once you achieve something, immediately your attention is to another object. This is not your fault; the entire society is like this. Keep focusing on one thing, if the target is achieve then move on to the next one. This is how human mind is function, how human ego is function and how human being gain the advances in science and technology.

We do not see stone, plants, cats or dogs is unsatisfied with the state they are in. But human always see life as unsatisfied. Human are unsatisfied with his or her house, husband, children, job and always on the route to search for more.

However, if you understand that you are running in a circle, sooner of later, you want to be out of the circle. Not all people can see that they are in the circle, only people who has the intelligence and wisdom understand this.

This is the reason why nowadays when people have sufficient in terms of material fulfillment, now people are looking into themselves. This is a good thing and it is a right foundation of meditation. Laying the correct foundation for meditation is like sowing a good fertile soil waiting for the seed to grow.

Each and everyone of us is the seed but this seed try to grab as much minerals as possible to grow more roots instead of growing out of the soil. Before the glimpses of the sun, before growing out from the soil, the foundation is important but once the seed has glimpses of the sun, the seed will want to grow-out of the soil.

So, let’s start with techniques of meditation for you.
